Outfit: Naked / Purple Hair Tagline: "I'm lame!" Plot summary: Dr. Reginald Bushroot was a promising young scientist, until that fateful day when he got bit by a radioactive plant. Ok, that might not be how it happened, but Disney isn't actually the smartest company ever, so we'll go with that. He has the ability to grow any part of his body (yes ladies, any part), and telepathically control all plants. Usually seen with his giant Venus Fly Trap, Spike, he tries to do stuff to St. Canard and gets thwarted by Darkwing Duck at every occasion. Member of the Fearsome Five, he usually hangs back and bitches about everything while sending plants to try and take down his foes. Plants. You can pretty much just carry around a bottle of RoundUp and get this guy out of the way. The Shining moment for him would have to be in the episode Twin Beaks, where he went all nuts, became a log, and shed his skin. That episode also rocked due to the awesome use of cows.
