Outfit: Made of water Tagline: "The Liquidator! He slices, dices, and pisses you off with annoying salesmen-like quotes!" Plot summary: He was the head of a bottled water industry that wasn't selling, so he turned the entire water supply of St. Canard into some kind of glue-like clay. He is truly a selfish bastard. Member of the Fearsome Five, and the most annoying, due to him always rambling on like he's trying to sell you a car, he paints the town (and DW's face) from time to time. The best part about The Liquidator is the ability to summon these whacked background singers, usually dressed like whatever he's talking about with female legs. I've been attracted to cartoon characters before, but something about a bottle of water with legs up to it's cap just makes me melt inside. I always change the channel when I see this tool on the show, because I hate how he talks, he sounds like Ron Popeil trying to sell me a food dehydrator and shit. I don't care that I can make 20 different types of jerky, Ron. I don't even have crocodiles where I live. Bring back DW, but leave this wet loser out of it.
