Plot summary: A highschool rival of Drake Mallard (Darkwing Duck), he was the first villain, and the most used, of the DW universe. He can use his powers to control anything that uses electricity or batteries. This means the ladies love him. Imagine one person that could simultaneously control like 5 different sex toys. He could be the next best thing since tentacles to asian schoolgirls. He is an idiot, pure and simple. He mostly acts on his short temper, summoning all sorts of useful things like toasters, televisions, and waffle irons to attack whatever foes he's up against. With this kind of power, he could be doing much better things, like working at the prison as a human (kind of) electric chair. His real name is Elmo Sputterspark, and if that doesn't imply that he'll be an electric supervillain one day, I don't think anything does. DW should have taken him down in his school days, just to be safe. He holds the position of the "Most Nasal" on the Fearsome Five.(more) User Comments: ELMO?!
