Plot summary: Mr. Smee is kind of like an old man doing security at a guard's shack for seven bucks an hour. He knows the job sucks, he knows that his boss doesn't give a shit about him, but he's been doing it for so long that he's too set in his ways to do anything about it. In his heart, Mr. Smee seems like the only worthwhile person on the Jolly Roger. He always manages to have a smile on his face, and is always kind to Peter and the other children. In other words, if he went on a diet and swapped his sailor garb for a bathrobe, you'd get this:
