User Comments:

Tod is a fox. He looks and moves like a fox. He wears a collar, until his old woman friend decides she must leave him in the woods to die and takes it from him. He's the main protagonist of the film, but try as I might, I found myself identifying with Copper more. Why? Because of Mickey Rooney. As bad a thought as having to listen to a young Corey Feldman for 30 minutes is, it cannot compare to listening to 50 minutes of Mickey Rooney on Feldman's worst day. Next to Mickey Rooney as a heroic fox with a good heart, the idea of Roseanne Barr as a talking cow with "all natural" udders seems almost like a good idea.
